Most Christians have faith for salvation but are not living in victory which stems from the conventional side of the cross of Jesus Christ. The reason for this, is due to a lack of discipleship that leads one to manifest no only the fruits of the Spirit but also the fruits of God's kingdom through the inheritance of His promises. Most Christians have been taught through denominational churches, a bible doctrine that is naturalistic, carnal, and without power that conforms to the world.
The bible in the book of 2 Timothy 3: 5 refers to this doctrine and those that follow it as a form of godliness that denies the power. The doctrine that the Apostles write about is one of power where Jesus Christ confirms the teaching with His power (See Mark 16:20) thus the Word is transforming the environment rather than conforming to it. It has been our experience that most Christians, particularly in western culture, have been paradigmed by the false doctrinal belief or unbelief of the power to heal the sick and the broken hearted, to cast out Satan and his minions, to set free those in captivity from curses, and the manifestation of the kingdom of God during this dispensation of grace as much as in the next.
Many people have been healed from every form of sickness from cancer, nerve damage, diabetes, fibromialgia, bipolar, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and any other form of disease. As Christians, God's word according to Hebrews 4: 12 and John 1: 1 - 13 is sovereignly greater than any disease, curse, or brokenness.
Because most Christians are not familiar with God's kingdom with it's fruitful manifestations, they simply don't believe that such things are possible with God's word and therefore live a life that is compromised by generationally inherited or self inflicted curses.
